LiveWise Health is a boutique, mobile physiotherapy and remedial massage therapy provider predominantly servicing Melbourne's south-eastern corridor.
Sparked by two people’s passions to improve the lives of others, LiveWise Health was initially founded to meet the demands of an ever-changing aged care landscape and its shift towards more holistic and individualised care. This then quickly expanded to encompass the disability care sector.
We wanted to be able to move beyond the current acceptable standards of service in these two sectors - geriatric and disability care - to truly create an environment that enables individuals to continue to enjoy their life with the required holistic support to attend to their needs.
Each day is dedicated to make our clients move easier and function better by relieving their pain, expanding their independence, and optimising their condition.
“We want to empower and support our clients so that they can continue to live their lives to the fullest!” – Paul, Co-Founder
We empower, and positively impact the lives of senior Australians by providing tailored, collaborative, and innovative healthcare services. This is done through utilising the carefully crafted set of guiding principles below:
We strive to make everyone involved in a client’s care an active participant if we can!
We may get loved ones involved in our sessions, get their feedback, teach individuals how to safely do certain activities at home, or just keep them in the loop via regular emails.
Every client gets an exercise program, but there’s more to us than that! It can be printouts, laminates, telehealth sessions, group exercises, video logs of your progress, or just simple collaborative brainstorming.
The more we can get you engaged, the better your outcomes will be!
We recognise that everyone is their own unique individual with their own aspirations.
We will talk in detail about what’s most important to you and collaborate with you to align our goals to yours.
We give tips and education to help facilitate positive habits and changes outside our sessions - from often overlooked things such as proper foot and arm positioning, fixes to common walker problems, self-management, to more complex education about a client’s condition.
